Hey guys! Today, I am sharing with you 6 comfy, cozy outfits to wear just about anytime. Last year, leisurewear became a staple in our wardrobes… It’s going down in the history books. The Great Leisurewear of 2020— Our kids’ kids are going to read all about it. And this year isn’t looking much different. So I have rounded up my favorite loungewear sets that are comfy enough to wear at home but chic enough to go out in too. And I’ve got all price ranges for you! So let’s get into it!
Lou & Grey is Ann Taylor Loft's activewear line. It has such classic styles, great fits, and overall great pieces! And this set is the softest of the bunch I’m sharing today. What’s great about Lou & Grey's Signature Softblend line there is a ton of options to mix and match. Here I’m wearing the banded sweatpants and a ziptop. When it comes to pants though they have a simple tapered leg, a wide-leg option, drawstring shorts. And for tops, they offer a simple crew sweatshirt, a cowl neck, a hooded v-neck sweater. And then they have them all in 8 different options.
Over the last few seasons, Free People has become the front runners in loungewear sets. They’ve gained a large cult following. I counted over 30 matching loungewear sets and got bored through the 3rd page. A lot of options and colors. This specific set is the Picnic Set. It’s one of their more popular sets. (I also love the Hailee set). They’re definitely more pricey, they run a little big, but the quality is amazing and they’re super versatile. Great for work from home, lounging on the couch or running errands outside.
This next set is off of Amazon and it’s $33 for the entire set! I found it because it’s awarded #1 Best Seller In Women’s Clothing Sets and for the price, I had to try it. I got the Navy, but there are 30 different colors!! I love how it feels. And how easy it is to throw on. There’s no fiddling or joozing needed. They’re just great and really easy to dress up too! If I need to run out the door, I’ll add a nice pea coat, a beanie and some boots and you’re good. The set runs true to size.
This next set is from Aerie. Aerie is American Eagle’s Leisurewear line. And they’ve put out a lot of great things over the last year. Good quality too. These pieces are from the Weekend Line. They come as separates so you can pick and choose your sizes. The hoodie runs big; this is a small. Pants are true to size. And right now, they’re both on sale for $23 a piece!! Having a hoodie makes this set look a bit more casual than some of the others I shared, but I could still find a million places to wear this set. I actually first saw it when my friend was wearing it to a birthday party, and it sold me! This set sells out and comes back all the time, so if it’s sold out when you look, I’ll also link their Good Vibes set which is another cozy cute option!
We’ve done a lot of sweats so I’m switching things up with a long, comfy sweater DRESSSS! This should be dubbed the 2021 House Dress. This one is from my cute local boutique, Nest. And lucky for you who aren’t local to SLC, they have an online shop too! It’s $55 and it comes in two colors. This carmel one and a cream option. I love how you can easily dress this up with a belt and boots and maybe even a hat! Or you can keep it suuuuuper casual for snuggling up on the couch. The only accessory you’re missing are some slippers.
The last and final set I’m sharing today is from Nasty Gal. A silly name but a great shop. This one also has a bit of a cult following. I’ve seen their sets around for the last few seasons, so I picked myself up one. This set is called the Serious Chills Lounge Set and it’s on sale for $25!!! I’m wearing the medium. I’m 5’9 and I love how these fit me!! And sweater is a pretty boat neck. Like, I feel very dressy and beautiful in this… And y’all IT’S A $25 LOUNGE SET!
If you’re on the short side— say 5’7 and shorter, the You’ve Met Your Match Knitted Lounge Set is also a great option. It’s a cropped wide leg knit set. I ordered it but it’s just a tad too short. Which is a big bummer, because I loved it!
